U.Dance 2012 at Southbank Centre next July will showcase the best of UK youth dance and will present the premiere of a new UK-wide youth dance company led by Hofesh Shechter, the U.Dance Ensemble. Find out more about the festival here.

U.Dance is a national programme run by Youth Dance England, the national organisation that champions dance for all children and young people. We want every young person in England to be able to take part in at least one dance performance every year. Whether within a school, or across any other type of youth groups, all performances count.
England’s biggest network of dance performances for young people is getting bigger and better. Join over 129,000 young people and hundreds of events across the country to receive support for your event and a great benefits package.
In addition to the hundreds of events happening across the country, all year round, Youth Dance England and the national youth dance network organise annual regional and biennial national events. Find out when your next regional platform is taking place and the latest news on U.Dance 2012, the next national event.
